Field Trip to Saitama City Office

Saitama City visit was a remarkable experience as a public officer from a foreign country. Officers from the Saitama city shared their practical experience of implementing Kaizen practices in different fields such as in an office, in a hospital, in a day care centre and also in a private Company. We learned a lot of best Kaizen practices which seemed simple but created a big change in their day to day activities of the organization. This visit was a good opportunity to learn and also to share the experiences of Japanese local government officials.
